2011 Honda Stepwgn (Step Wagon) Spada ZI

First vehicle with an interior and glass.

Instead of a prop version, it includes a building version, because props can't have sub meshes, which are used for chrome, glass, and steering wheel and dash.

The steering wheel, dash, and citizen flips sides based on the traffic direction on your map.
This isn't possible for the building(wind turbine) version, so that uses the active flag, which means you can flip the side on which the steering wheel is by turning the building on/off.

this should be great for city drive (or at least my version of city drive that I created after the real one broke by using a decompiler to edit the assembly C# dll file to move the camera to the location of any vehicle that I hit the focus button on, LOL).
