tf2 (installed and mounted)

dupe description:

this is a pac3 remake of the "Bogeyman" from the game "Silent Hill: Downpour"

use the pac3 editor to set the groups owner names to "self" then click "wear" to equip this PAC3

the hammer weapon can only be used by being in third person and using the crowbar

also ive started up a wiremod academy
