This small old coal tipple is owned by the blackrock mining company, which has been extracting coal from Caulfield's soil since 1914, while rather small the building has nontheless proven itself to be a vital and profitable part in the industrial chain.

Works with Industries DLC as a small ore mine, thus required the industries DLC.

Does not include railroad or any of the props shown, made so you can detail it yourself.

The original building was made by NGON ages ago and was part of the cement bulk storage i took the building and remeshed it, added my own meshes and completely retextured it.

BloodyPenguin has a cargo station template (well, it's an asset) which might be usable.

There's also this invisible passenger station - you could possibly get some passenger train made up to look like wood cargo train and create a route for it so it appears to take wood between two of the tipples. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=905876582
