I dont care if you think its right or wrong to cheat. After all, it is YOUR game, YOUR money, YOUR time and YOUR decision to cheat or not.

Ive personaly done this to get more roses from the flowershop. 1 everyday is way to low in my opinion. As of now there is no way of farming / growing them.

• Start your game as normal.

Make sure its early in the morning so you don't fall asleep, this may break your game.

• Find the item you want to duplicate.

To make things easier, the more items the better. However i do recommend to have at least 10 items.

In this case i will use roses[mytimeatportia.wikia.com]

• Download Cheat Engine[www.cheatengine.org]*
  
• Install the program
  
• Launch the executable (32-bit or 64-bit) **

* For this guide ive used Cheat Engine 6.8.1
** i did not notice any difference to use a 32 or 64 bit version, i used 64bit on a windows 7 64 bit windows SP1

• Once the program is open, you need to click the computer icon to open the list of running processes.
  
• Select 0000XXXX-My Time At Portia then click Open

Now that we are ready, lets begin!

• Open your INVENTORY and locate the item, in my case the roses.

Note that we have 10 roses, keep that in mind. DO NOT MOVE THAT STACK! IF YOU MOVE IT YOU WILL HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN

• Now switch (or press the windows key) to your desktop and locate the cheat engine program
  
• On the right you can see a field with "Value"
  
• Enter the number 10
  
• Press above "First Scan"
  
• Let it load, but dont do anything!

Now switch back to your game

• Press "SHIFT" (Thats the arrow below caps lock) + left mouse click on the item

• In the middle, you should see 1, click that and set it to 5. Or use the - and + buttons
  
• Click "Confirm"

Good, you see that our main stack whent from 10 => 5.

• Now switch (or press the windows key) to your desktop and locate the cheat engine program
  
• On the right you can see a field with "Value"
  
• Enter the number 5
  
• Press above "Next Scan"
  
• Let it load, but don't do anything!

The list should be shorter, narrowing it down to the adress we need.
Now switch back to your game and we split the original stack of 5 to 2, so

• Press "SHIFT" (Thats the arrow below caps lock) + left mouse click on the item
  
• In the middle, you should see 1, click that and set it to 3. Or use the - and + buttons
  
• Click "Confirm"

• Now switch (or press the windows key) to your desktop and locate the cheat engine program
  
• On the right you can see a field with "Value"
  
• Enter the number 2
  
• Press above "Next Scan"
  
• Let it load, but dont do anything!

Your list should have only 1 adress. In some cases you need to continue splitting the stack to narrow it down even further.

• Right click the line that has the adress, value, and Pre...
  
• Click "Change value of selected adresses"
  
• Type "999"
  
• Click "Ok"

(i messed up, DO NOT LOOK AT 10!)


The value, should be changed to 999 instead of 2

• Go back to your game
  
• Click and hold the roses (the stack in the middle)
  
• Now let it go, the item count should change from 2 to 999

All done !


This cheat

Iam not responsible if your game breaks in any way. However ive tested this method and it works 100% and will continue to work after many patches. However i would not go over 999 items, i have no idea what the game will do.
