BFE Sniper Rifle Renovation

The aim of this mod is to make the BFE sniper rifle more appealing in look and feel without changing the stats. The changes include:

- New rendering parameters
- Increased the size of the gun by 10%
- Changed the position of the hand
- Modified textures to have more color, similar to the real world weapon
- Fixed the bullet particle, the weapon now correctly ejects bullet casings
- Added a bipod
- New firing and sprinting animations by Vanya
- New sound by Danny

This mod replaces a whole bunch of files (most importaly the first person mdl file and the sniper.bmf), but doesn't replace the database file, so it's compatible with any stat altering mods.
