I combined the ring and pinky and then to keep it looking balanced I made them all the same width. Which I put the hole for my middle finger in the center and off set the hole for my index finger. It limits dexterity a little but I could still open doors and hold a cup with it on. I can even use a mouse provided I really think about the positioning of my fingers.

my only question is:
pointer and middle?
middle and ring?
ring and pinky?
what 2 did you combine?
