i feel like these numbers are off... shouldn't there be an incentive to upgrade the lesser to greater?
lesser is far quicker to build (did you mean to put 1000 perhaps), provides the same power output per tile (it should be less than 250, say 200), requires the same construction skill (since it's smaller it should be easier even if it's only at 5), and is cheaper(no complaints there). aside from that I love the idea of making smaller and larger vanometric power cells!:steamthumbsup:

Then why don't you? Go into the mod folder and edit the recipe requirements to your liking.

That's the nice thing about mods, you don't have to use them if you disagree with them and people that want to use them can use them.

@Lynn Longfoot i'm not a modder myself, but i'm sure your mod is really disbalancing. this RVPCs (Replica Vanometric Power Cells) are outputting a pretty large ammount of power, while thier craft recipes and research requirements are nothing. I'd had made it possible to craft those cells only at cpacear research level and for considerable cost. for example 15 uranium + 50 plasteel + 5 advanced components + 30 gold = RVPC that can give off 500-750 w of power.

Even as someone who isn't bothered much by 'cheaty mods' (I have the ED cheat reactor mod for example), I do think something like this should be a bit further on in research or require a rare material (like an AI persona core or something). The default vanometric cells are pretty nice little prizes for leaving your comfort zone and taking on events, so being able to construct them right after researching electricity seems a bit too op, even in my opinion.

Just my two cents mind you, it's not my choice what you do with it c: I just think I'd be too tempted to use these early on, but otherwise I would love a mod like this.

Same fix here placed it right after all my core mods & it works like a charm now
