Talk about forward looking with the gas prices! Hackmycomputer was referencing how prices were not that bad "yet"...We have far surpassed the prices in this mod here in California. We are nearing $5/gallon now! (Jan2022)

This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then keep it as a unique building and change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up (petroleum is available with Industry DLC).

@conno wow thats crappy. I live in KY where theres a refinery/distributor monopoly and prices arent that bad (at the moment)

@Hackmycomputer Pffftt this is nothing, where I’m from (Toronto) it’s about $1.10 / Litre which come out to about $4.20 / gallon
