描述
A 2018 upgrade for Magnar's original refill mod.
New features:
1) Includes refillable troops and ships that have been added since 2015 via DLC's and patches.
2) Limits the number of refills that can be obtained to 3.
3) Lowers the refill time by 10 seconds (I think this is realistic)
4) Includes the reduced friendly fire kv_rules from several other mods.

Several experimental features from the first edition have been removed.

Compatible with most non-overhaul mods since no units or projectile stats are involved. Radious, FOTE, etc.

For balance purposes, players should consider increasing the upkeep costs of all ranged units with this mod.

This will crash with certain overhauls. Try the 2022 version of this for a better Vanilla experience.

I looked at it. All the merc_onagers are in this file. Perhaps you are using a mod with a new merc onager unit. This mod only has all the Vanilla ranged units.

ok, I was surprised my self that it hasn't happened yet either, though far as I know nether war hammer has it either so maybe they just didn't want to?

I'll get into that game once my new pc is up. I'm surprised it hasn't been implemented yet. There must be a technical roadblock. I'll start reading through the mods.
