Well if you have some sort of Source Rigging tutorial specifically for high heels, that'd be great!

honestly just drop the midget stilletos and go for a more boots like approach, do stilleto if youre gonna make the heels tall by keeping proportion, also reference the fixed 2B models concerning the heels
