The Dangerous goods transport placards (DOT, ADR, EPA, NFPA, UN)

Hello there! We made an addon which adds hazardous goods/materials placards
to the game. You can put these placards on containers and cargo vehicles, which
transport dangerous goods. For you to understand the whole system, there's some
useful links and guides.

Actually, you cant really imprint it like a sticker or a decal. You simply weld it, you can resize it so it fits a size.
