I like to think this started when someone suggested they trade weapons, and the demoman feels he got the raw end of the deal once the heavy runs off so happy to have gotten them. The heavy model is also incredibly hard to pose because of it's completely non-humanoid shape. Every time I tried to pose the running I found myself over or undershooting the pose I was trying to go for.

This took about an hour and turned out pretty neat. It was originally too dark, so I threw in some lighting which gave it a nice shadow. Where is the light coming from? God.
