Second ability

描述
第二能力MOD

MOD说明：这个mod让玩家在选择了一个领袖之后，在游戏内可以获得另一个领袖的文明和领袖特性（无法获得特色单位、改良、区域和建筑），通过这种方式组合两个领袖。

在游戏内建造市政区域后即可进行选择，只花费1生产力。现在可以建造对应文明的特色单位了。

MOD可选择的领袖包含且仅包含所有官方文明。

PS：
1，选择毛利特性时，不会有不能收货资源的debuff，但是也没有人口跟建造者补偿。
2，无法获得奥斯曼的特色总督，但是立即获得3个总督点作为补偿。
3，选择的刚果特性依旧不会导致玩家无法建造圣地。



必须要迭起兴衰,风云变幻以及全部DLC才能运行。

Hmmm, I tried to take Jadwiga second ability with Mvemba, I only got +2 culture to my relics - The other +4 gold and +2 faith didnt stack with Kongo's ability. Will try Pedro second ability instead on a reload.

Love the mod, breaths new life into the game. Works with alot of fan civs (but not all).

当时使用毛子时选择高棉文明，高棉文明似乎并不会触发

OK, the description above is a bit confusing :lunar2020horrifiedrat:

To be able to unlock the second ability you will have to build the Government Plaza district (which is the "municipal area" mentioned above). Once you have built this district you can choose one of the second abilities for 1 production - so it will be finished in the next turn - just like it was a building in this district.

How do you actually choose the second ability? I've installed this along with 'let me patch' and I still don't see any way to choose two civs in the game setup.

I dont seem to have the municipal area to build. Yes i have the patch fix also and it is checked (ticked). how do i get this to work?
