PAC3
and
tf2 (installed and mounted)

for this to work

dupe description:

the "lost synth" is a synthetic creature made from human and animal DNA but its origin is unknown

Huh, I had no idea you could use PAC3 on NPC's.

i used PAC3 on the NPC itself to change how it looked, I then clicked "wear" to put it on the NPC and then saved the NPC as a dupe when i was finished
