Asia Scenario by cpm9 (Oct. 06, 2020). Includes mostly true starting location cities, with starting units, buildings, policies.

Vanilla - no mods needed. However, I recommend no road maintenance mod.

can't do anything since it starts with minus gold per turn. Trade? Can't, cuz no other cities are discovered. No research from minus balance.
