Doesn't require WotC, but full support for heroes.

To run Vanilla-made voicepacks in WotC I suggest using Alternative Mod Launcher[github.com].

@RyanCooper101: All voicepacks work in WotC, they'll just have a little "warning icon" in launcher.
This one even have very basic support for heroes.
