Tips for "Race to the Border"

As soon as you spawn in the car hold W the entire time and do not let go.

While driving, keep the road line in the middle of the cars wheel and follow it the entire way, if it starts to move more to the left or right then you move it back into the middle. Basically keep doing that for all 3 sections and you should get it first try.

Keep in mind aswell that when you're about to hit a barrier, a loud noise will either play on the left or right side as a way to warn you that you're close to it.

hoo damm bro...your guide is magnificent, but just a suggestion taking into account that those who follow the guides do so in chronological order. "Do not use more than one bullet (including the earlier scene after the reload)."

This information would be much more useful earlier, inevitably someone will lose the run, even if it is a small indication in quotation marks. Thanks for the guide!

Thanks for this guide, I think it's worth noting (if it hasn't been said already) that you should hear a small tune/melody when you have matched the requirements as listed here. This was particularly useful for the Race to the Border, so I knew I hadn't messed up.

Orpheus, thanks for the contribution. To tell the truth though, I remember it being pretty clear how to ask for Auntie 'em's during the talk, thus my description goes like that. I just watched a playthrough clip and it looks like starting the talk with the first option makes the name come up by the second sentence of the owner, thus more-or-less leads to the achievement, no matter what you pick after that. The third sentence in the shot also seems like it leads directly to that matter. Still, I think I'll replay the game and add a tip to that one. Thanks again!

Np it reminds me of late night driving trying to stay focused on the road but the game purposely disorientates you to try and throw you off. Just trace the white line and don't bump the sides and its not to bad. Now to drive like a crash dummy.

So if anyones trying to get it, and you didn't press W right away keep at it, there seems to be a second or so head start before you need to hit the gas. Least for me.

Yea I just got it, there seems to be some brief leeway at the start as a few segments ended rather abruptly. Its not as hard as it seems tho just keep on the white line, and stay in the middle since there's no traffic of any kind.

Good Old Days, as far as I remember, I pressed W as soon as sequence started and kept it pressed till the very end.
