place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

dupe description:

thomas the killer teleporting train will teleport and set you on fire and is very hard to kill unless you use the right weapons/addons

also it can teleport if you are too far away and is 100% immune to megios "Anti-bot Dissolver"
