Beskrivelse
This mod replaces most of the infected with my realistic common l4d1 infected.
This mod will spawn only l4d1 dudes.
It requires no seperate population addon.

Hey this mod is great I think it's an amazing one to. But I just have to say do you think you could update it so that the male patients also have female patients? Because with the name of this mod Realistic l4d1 common infected feels less realistic without female patients.

I have this problem that I cannot find any solution on useless search engines
so I've got a mod like this that changes the common infected population but the problem is that now I cannot remove this mod in no way, I uninstalled it completely and the mod is still here in my game, how the hell do I remove this permanently?
