Lazar-class exploration frigate

Designed for survival and nothing else, this ship is built to support a small to medium faction. Equipped with production, storage, and defenses (though the Lazar is not a purpose-built combat ship), it can serve as a mobile base in space. Nearly all of the Lazar's most important parts can be easily repaired from inside the ship. This includes conveyors, thrusters, power, etc. Also, the relatively low PCU count of this ship, as well as its lack of scripts or mods, allows it to be used on pretty much any SE server.
Even though I stuck all the reverse thrusters inside the ship, it still works fine with thruster damage on. I promise.
