4 Years in the making, it's finally here. Yes i'm pretty lazy but i wanted to finish this once and for all.

A small borough near the beach, with ton of empty interiors for your creativity and posing needs. It's based on real location, just a little scuffed.

@lunaticlucas123 you've never heard of Half life 2 episode 2 its a game you need it so you can use some of it textures so you don't see the purple and black squares everywhere

yes, there is a small number of houses you can access, few near the main street, the tall one, gated rental houses, and a house at the edge of the map
