Cross the antlion beach in chapter Sandtraps without touching the sand.

Flushed : Time 0:12 // Bug Hunt : Time 0:36 // Follow Freeman : Time 0:45 // Hack Attack : Time 1:08




Bug Hunter Achievement: Use the antlions to kill 50 enemies.
{Just have the AntLions follow you, in time they will kill 50 enemies.}

Hack Attack Achievement: Kill five enemies with a Manhack.
{Use the Gravity Gun to grab 5 Manhack’s (**In any stage you can**) then shot them at the enemies to unlock the Achievement.}

Follow Freeman Achievement: Gain command of a squad of rebels in the uprising.
{After you arrive at City 17, travel through Nova Prospekt to the city Square where people are destroying the Breencast. Those people will join you and you’ll open up the Achievement.}

Kill an enemy with a toilet.
Giant Killer Achievement







Survive the rooftop strider battle in the ruins of City 17.
Atomizer Achievement







Disintegrate 15 soldiers by throwing them into a Combine ball field.

Find all lambda caches in Half-Life 2.

This video is a not a full tour guide to all the lambda locations. This is your basic "what you need to do" in order to Achieve the award. There are (or) is another guide for the full location areas of all lambda. One even published here at Steam. Feel free to check that out as the original poster took the time to document with images the location of all 45 Lambda caches. Thank you for watching.

do you know why im not getting ANY achievements??
I went to the EXACT location of the singing vortigaunt, walked to him, and
ran into him (like you did in the video) but the achievement didnt pop up.

Why is that happening?
(I even tried a once more in case it was a glitch/bug, and still nothing)

In Half-Life 2, the Crossbow is first discovered next to the rotten body of a Resistance fighter overlooking an Overwatch outpost in the level Highway 17, right before the Petroleum Station bridge.

Keep in mind I am randomly going through some areas back and forth to pick up some achievements and recording as I go along. So I may have ran past that point, explored a bit, then started to record going backwards to pick off that enemy on the billboard for the achievement.

That's the best answer I have considering the time last played LOL.
