Barn, Tower and Cathedral are the most important, Bank can help with money by so can Silk Road.
2. Save the Building when there's a threat to them
(e.g. community barn on fire, garrison under attack).
3. Avoid raising stats to the ceiling. Spend them when they are too high.
4. Avoid most continuous effects like Crusade, Love, Colonies, etc. that may hamper the ability to control stats or make decisions.
5. Avoid events that you find will limit your stat-keeping/decision-making ability,
(e.g. I tend to avoid the kidnapping event by just saying "no").
6. Avoid sickness. Avoid cakes (diabetes). Avoid dungeons/lethal fighting (training is ok). Follow the doctor wisely (definitely avoid advises about poisons and blood gout).

7. Saving the skeleton is a plus since it can raise some low stat from time to time.
8. Focus the goal to reign for 2 centuries or more, other goals can wait after death.
9. Pick the time span to focus on this. Some unlocks might be required first. Devil years should be avoided within you planned year range if you have plans yourself for that event.

- Gather the Witch and the Doctor
- In a random event the Doctor will create a Vase.
- Talk to the Vase
- In a random event the Witch will tell you she has a Gift
- The gift that comes at a cost (Govern 15 years with the old age effect)
- Accept this deal
- When you complete the 15 years of old age the curse is lift
- After your spell is lifted, she gives you two options: a gold crown or a cold ruby.
- Take the Ruby.
- Put the Ruby in the Vase

The Next Step involves the Dungeons:

- Look for the Golden Door, in it there is always a Chest
- You will required a torch from one of the Chests.
- Once you find a torch, you need to follow a certain route.
- Go through the doors in this order:
Fire >Arsenic > Acid > (Break the wall) > Salpetre > Devil
- Inside is a skeleton, who says he's been chasing you all around the dungeon.
- No matter if you Attack or Flee he will talk to you
- You have tea with the Skeleton and he tells you:
He was cursed by a mage who hated strawberries.
The hatred was so enormous that he destroyed all plants and seed on earth.
- He leads you to the Exit

This next Steps includes Talking to the Vase again:
- Get a crusade going or continue on regularly if you already have one going.
- The Vase will talk to you: It will say that they know the greatest invention ever lies in Lamascus.
- Reply by saying you knew you had a good reason to come.
- It then says the machine behind it can reproduce any living organism ever existed.
- Ask to recreate the Strawberry Plant.
- It will then give you a new effect.
- This persists between the death of kings, as long as it is not "pushed off" by to many other effects.

Go Back to the Dungeion and take the Plant to the Skeleton:

As the curse persists through death. Once you get a skeleton card, say yes to the boost.

The Devil has been outplayer.

The devil will come back in the same dialogue fashion, but will compliment you on being a pacifist. He then lifts the curse and your achievement is given.
