If you have to buy the Ohio Steel 2 route on ( Rick Garber - All Aboard ), the Steam workshop doesn't recognize this route ... Order to play this scenario, download it then in game, go to Single player / Standard scenarios and search this scenario listed under the Ohio Steel 2 route ... You should be able to play the scenario without problem.
