This vertical axis wind turbine produces much less noise pollution than traditional wind turbines.
Use it to take adantage of wind resources in and around your city where normal turbines wouldn't fit or would produce too much noise pollution.

Might not be too bad, I would place these in more urban areas with low wind anyway. Some parks in my city have small versions of these to power outbuildings.
