@DH89A the appdata folder is hidden by default, but you should be able to paste the entire path "%appdata%\MedievalEngineers\Map\EarthSecond-1251102759r5000" in the File Explorer adress bar to get there.

Help, I cant find the folder I'm supposed to replace. I cant find anything that starts with AppData

I think its funny but finding ore isnt so hard.. not sure why this is even needed.. you just have to know what biomes to look in for what

@Scruffy The maps are a recolor and merge of the games oremaps located in "MedievalEngineers\Content\Data\PlanetDataFiles\EarthSecond" and the default ingame maps in "%appdata%\MedievalEngineers\Map\EarthSecond-1251102759r5000".

How did you make these maps? I would like to make my own with other ores

Never mind, i check the MAP folder and saw the water world version. i moved zip and extracted it there. My bad was my mistake.
AppData\Roaming\MedievalEngineers\Map\EarthSecond-708481824r25000
And i had to manually go to the folder to find it.

If another has same issue i hope this helps.

"use above link in discription.. then go back 1 folder and you will see it. Click to open folder and can see what the maps look like. So if see water... your in right folder :-)

I installed this and normal maps worked. But im playing the water map https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2203705951
And i dont see the ores on the map. Its just the normal map. And i told it to overwrite all 6 files in the folder. Same as did for normal map/

Thank you for creating these! I found silver! And gold! And I just went by reference - not even loading the maps into the game, but looking for roads and landmarks!
