Well, the problem is mainly with the resolution, as the game can't stand the 1920x1080 resolution.
1. Navigate to %appdata%.
2. Search "Yakuza 0" in the search engine.
3. Click the Yakuza 0 folder.
4. Click graphics.ini.
5. Change the parameter called "ResolutionX" to 1600 and thew parameter "ResolutionY" to 900.
6. Launch the game - problem solved!
