Friendly Fire Fix for Modded Heroes

This mod is Crimson Court Act out, rebranded since I am using it for more than just crimson court stuff now.

For a hero to be able to attack a friendly target, it needs an attack friendly ID defined in the traits_library folder (and the crimson_curse_act_outs for the crimson curse). Since only one trait_library can be active at a time, here is a collection so modded heroes can now correctly be abusive.

TO INSTALL, JUST MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS ABOVE YOUR CLASS MODS IN YOUR LOAD ORDER
It does not matter if you do not play with a class here. It will not affect anything due to how the game is programed if you have only half of what is on this list.
