The first time I saw this map was in this video:

It was this video that actually led me to buy Garry's Mod. I became obsessed with Zombie Survival after watching this and many more. So, I figured since this map is no where to be seen that I would reupload it for nostalgia purposes.

If you would like to remove the zombies on the map then copy and paste this into your console once the map has loaded:
