These are the odds of pulling an item from a loot box, these statistics are not listed in game so I felt that it is appropriate to list them in a guide that is easy to access.

  • Rare Item: 55%
  • Very Rare Item: 28%
  • Import Item: 12%
  • Exotic Item: 4%
  • Black Market Item: 1%
  • Chance of receiving Painted attribute: 25%
  • Chance of receiving Certified attribute: 25%
Odds of Golden Loot Box items
Unlike crates, Golden Loot Boxes ("GLB" for short) do not require keys to open.
they feature items from multiple previous loot box series and have odds that are a bit better.

These come from seasonal events, and can be bought with event tokens.
They come with multiple names, Golden Eggs, Pumkins, Presents, ect.

  • Rare Item: 50%
  • Very Rare Item: 30%
  • Import Item: 15%
  • Exotic Item: 4%
  • Black Market Item: 1%
  • Chance of receiving Painted attribute: 50%
  • Chance of receiving Certified attribute: 50%
Do not unbox, trade instead.
It is generally better to trade keys for desired items as the chances of acquiring said item are very slim. You can trade Golden Loot Boxes for a key to spend on your own.

https://www.reddit.com/r/RocketLeagueExchange/ Is a subreddit dedicated to trading, the members are usually trustworthy here and can hold a good discussion about price if you aren't sure about InsiderGG.

Personal experience, if I do crates in 10 or more, I tend to get at least an exotic, which is fien in my book.

While he is correct in saying "Trade instead of unbox", I would like to say that if you have a little bit of money to spare and you know how to trade well, unboxing can be profitable AND fun.
Personally, I enjoy the thrill of unboxing amazing items such as White Zombas, painted Dracos, Black Market Decals etc. However, if you're looking for JUST pure profit, then he is correct. Thanks for the helpful guide for the stats, BTW Fast. I've always wondered about them and was going to make a video about them. Thanks for the insight.!
