you need:

wiremod
and
PAC3

for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

also check out the steam collection it has lots of other things in there

dupe description:

the glow bird is a non-hostile bird that will fly around on its own and emits a nice blue light from its tail
