Leírás
Nicknamed the "Windmühle" (windmill), this DDR-era residential tower is a rare one because of its 25 floors. It is located next to Alexanderplatz, in Berlin, Germany, was constructed in 1969, and stands 77m tall. Renovation took place in 1996, when it was given white and "butter yellow" exterior panels. Luckily for you, this asset comes in "all white," "baby blue," and "lime green" additional color variations. Once again, the textures have been created entirely from my own photos.

Although it sometimes trows some Black Spots infact of LOD, any works fine for me.

Do you plan of making a "full" DDR Plattenbau series? Because that's what I wanted to do, even if it may just be for myself.
Also, what bothers me the most with Plattenbau assets in the Workshop, is the non uniform proportions. Many just don't fit together. Are yours 1:1 and if not, what floorheight do you usually go for? Or just a general downscale from 1:1? :)
