Borealis - Survival (Beta)

I converted the Borealis from the Half-Life 2 Beta into a survival map. I'll be honest, I rushed this release a little because I've got other things to worry about and I could spend forever polishing this. Still, feedback and bug reports would be appreciated for if/when I make another release. Remember to start it in survival mode ("map l4d2_borealis_survival survival" in the console if you can't do it from the menu) or else the weapons/items won't spawn. Also contains one (1) moderately hidden easter egg.
