The set contains 7 Buildings:

1 standalone cornerversion
+ 1 mirror

1 Modular cornerversion
+ 1 mirror

2 different modular rowsegments
+ 1 mirror

All buildings use the same textures, if you use the Loading Manager mod, this 23mb Pack is reduced to about 3mb!

The standalone version has already some color applied, the modular segments come in without color. Place them and either leave them dirty or choose a color using the Painter Mod

You will find the MODULAR RICO versions in the high density commercial section.

-Triangles: ok (3k-1,5k)
-Textures: 1536x768, 256x128 LOD texture
-Find it: Search for "Ruhr"
-These buildings are from Hannover

@Feindbold its just a thing i ask before subscribing to something because if i see something that looks good but doesnt work than it would be better to find something that works. And to make sure it works i ask before i sub :D

The skyscraper is vanilla. It is a high-density commercial building, the lot size is 3x4, and it is somewhere between Levels 1 and 3. I'm surprised people don't check vanilla buildings, some of them are pretty good.
