描述
This is a testing system using a Large amount of heavy armour that has RTG's inside of it. That is connected to some electric engines, which power a "Heat Decoy"

The idea is that due to the size, Radars/ Sonars can easilary detect it, and the heat decoy's should make it easy for IR missles to locate it. Because of that, you can see what it will do to heavey armour!
