Traditional half-timbered house with a restaurant on the ground floor from Dijon, France. Level 2 1x2 low-density commercial.

Most importantly:

• better scaling
  
• no more questionable (I mean disgustingly obnoxious) colour variations
  
• handmade LOD textures
  
• 1m recess of the façade from the front lot limit + detailed backside

Other than that, the 3D model is now much more detailed but with a similar amount of tris, the photographic timber texture has been reworked and the rest of the texture is new.
