you need:

wiremod
and
media player
and
No Collide World
and
PAC3
and
tf2 (installed and mounted)

for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

dupe description:

this is a pac3 recreation of SCP-106 from the game SCP:Containment Breach.

its also 100% immune to Megi۝'s "Anti-bot Dissolver"

Not really; this dupe was made a long time ago and no longer reflects what I make today.
But if you do want to make this kind of stuff; its basically a simple wire brain ai driving a pac3 altered prop, with few other nubbins going on.

I'll start you off with this, how to make a wiremod robot; a very basic tutorial.
