this game is made by unreal engine, so you can do some unreal engine tricks to skip intro video and unlock frame cap

goto the game folder (i,e. D:\Steam\steamapps\common\E.T. Armies)

go to \ UDKGame \ Config (i,e. D:\Steam\steamapps\common\E.T. Armies\UDKGame\Config)

open UDKEngine.ini

find StartupMovies under [FullScreenMovie] section. there are several lines that begin with "StartupMovies"

add ; mark on the lines, like this

;StartupMovies= xxxxx



to unlock frame cap, find

bSmoothFrameRate=TRUE

and change this to

bSmoothFrameRate=FALSE

or you can modify

MaxSmoothedFrameRate=62

this line to like this

MaxSmoothedFrameRate=144


save UDKEngine.ini file and launch the game.
