Here are some save files I made for anyone having trouble with the autosave system this game has. It's a pacifist playthrough at two different states in the game, Save 1 is during the great hunt (I thought I had an even earlier save than this, but I do not) and Save 2 is during unnatural selection. What follows is everything I've done up to the most recent save (Save 2):

-Have not killed any NPCs
-Spared Dorothy and Sean
-Did not munch on the victim during the fight with Mary (basically going for "Not Even Once")
-Only missing 3 collectibles
-Have 21k in xp I haven't distributed and I'm level 15
-Currently in West End, I've completed all of the areas beforehand (loot, convos, etc.)
-Watered the plant; rest for 3 nights and then "use" the plant and you'll get the achievement

I'm creating this guide for anyone experiencing corrupt/missing save files, mistakes made through one of the key choices in the game or just to save time and complete a pacifist playthrough after having murdered everyone in your first.

The save files are in a hidden folder titled "appdata" under your username directory. Mine looks like this: C:>Users>YourUserName>AppData>Local>AVGame

In order to ensure you load up my saves, you must copy over the entire "Saved" folder and all of it's subfolders intact. You might have to change your settings each time though.

UPDATE: Added two more saves, Save 3 is right before the fight with McCullum and the choice for both him and Dr. Swansea. I turned Dawson (still going for the "Not Even Once" achievement) in the interim from Save 2 and leveled up to 24. Save 4 is after the fight with McCullum, the choice with Dr. Swansea (I spared McCullum and then turned Dr. Swansea), all collectibles found, so I'm ready to unlock the True Dragonbane. To do so, starting from the stairs leading down to Talltree and going clockwise, the plates are labeled "Triangle, Square, Fish, Circle". You must press them in this order and wait for the plate to fully stop moving before going on to the next one. Fish, circle, square, circle, fish, triangle. I might add one more save right before the final boss fight.

SECOND UPDATE: I somehow made my character invincible. You still use stamina and blood and vampire vision does not work but you're invincible. Resting does indeed fix the bug, so you're stuck with my powers as long as you want to muck around with it.

THIRD UPDATE: Added one more save, this save is right before the ending of the game. Have 7500 in xp I have yet to spend and I have a fully upgraded True Dragonbane.
