It seems Cai Yun pain and pleasure achievements are mixed. If you are not able to get the pain achievement try with the pleasure one again.

hey boiz i have all achievement but the Cai Yun pleasure achievement; i have definitely done it right. Do I contact steam support or the game devs to get this fixed. Need me that 100% achievement completion <3
