PIN to Unlock the Phone
Location: Dickie's birthday, text from his Mum comes through wishing him an almost happy birthday.
PIN: 1105

PIN for Private Pictures
Location: The date Dickie and Marge first started dating.
PIN: 1026

PIN for Like
Location: Date of Marge's birthday which is located on the photo of them kissing in private pictures folder.
PIN: 1018

PIN for Follow
Location: Once you get the PIN wrong too many times, a reset text message will be sent to you.
PIN: 1026

PIN for Ripley's Bluetooth
Location: N/A
PIN: 1015

PIN to Unlock Matrix Ending
Location: Ending 1-4 provide red morse code. Typing this before unlocking Dickie's phone will activate the Matrix Ending.

Achievements
Peeping Tom
How to Unlock?: Break into Dickie's Follow account.



Emergency Call
How to Unlock?: Call 911.



Stanley
How to Unlock?: Drag the main menu to the left and repeatedly click 4 3 0 fifty times.



Patriotism Medal
How to Unlock?: Call one of Dickie's friends after finding out Homeland Security will arrest them.



Busy, Busy, Busy
How to Unlock?: Break into Dickie's Like account before clicking his name or phone number.



Non-Violance
How to Unlock?: Leave the phone's lock screen for 5 minutes.



A Blood Hound
How to Unlock?: Complete the fourth ending twice.



Please, Don't Touch Anything
How to Unlock?: Connect to Ripley's phone via Bluetooth using the Bluetooth PIN to receive the RED button.
Endings
Ending 0
Do not answer the phone from Homeland (4885) until they get angry and stop calling.

Ending 1
Pickup the phone call from Dickie's Mum.

Ending 2
Call the number that sent you the mysterious numbers (1818).

Ending 3
Call 0987 with location services turned off.

Ending 4
Collect enough evidence on Dickie to arrest him.

Ending 5
Call 0987 with location services turned on.

Ending 6
Connect to bluetooth and push the red button on the 5th of November.

Ending 7
Connect to bluetooth and don't push the red button. You will have to wait 27 real hours until Ending 7 activates.

Ending 8
Known as the Matrix ending, unlock the phone with the Matrix code and when it asks you to type something, write "knock" then choose the Blue Pill.

Ending 9
Known as the Matrix ending, unlock the phone with the Matrix code and when it asks you to type something, write "knock". Once you're on the pill screen, press ESC and restart the game.

Ending 10
Known as the Matrix ending, unlock the phone with the Matrix code and when it asks you to type something, write "knock" then choose the Red Pill.

Ending 11
Once you complete Ending 4 twice, you will receive an extra law in the law book, that can be used for immediate execution. Activate it.

I completely reset the game and when I first started the game I waited 5 minutes and got the achievement

It should appear after the third text message after idling on lock screen, first text showing "Look, Tom".
