DESCRIPTION
============
Hey guys, and happy 420! Just for this occasion, and how Skyrim's Skooma is way too watered down to be good enough, I decided to make a extremely concentrated batch of Skooma. Maximizing Health and Stamina when you need it, and for an extended period of time (16min40sec each). In some ways it might resemble Skooma from Morrowind, however Attributes such as Strength, Agility, Speed, and Intelligence no longer exist, so this had to safice as a substitute. I hope you get baked as a potato on the cooking spit with this mod! Let me know if you come across any problems trying to get this, it is legal in 6 out of the 9 provinces, so I'm sure you'll be fine.

code will appear and copy the correct one.

i hope console commands aren't the only way to get it. if that's the case, i can just use commands to bring up regenaration for the listed attributes.

@The Once Honored: Try opening the console and typing "help powerful" and a code should appear. Copy that code into the additem command. Hope that helps!

@nickcoyle98: I am considering adding a rehabilitation center for all the Skooma addicts and drifters who are "getting as high as a dragon."
