Mysterios island is little exterior island with camp.

This mod adds own landmass called Mysterios Island. You find there tent with two bedrolls and 3 safe chest. Barrels do respawn so dont use them as safe storage.

Also a exterior ship with full smithing/crafting gear. You find a rowboat in Riverwood near mill and there is a trapdoor.
Island and ship is fully navmeshed so you can bring your follower with you.

There is no LOD so you can't fast travel there only via trapdoor. There is a trapdoor also in ship. Look photos exact locations.
