Enclave Namelist

When i first saw the Enclave, on Fallout 2, i loved the Idea of an American dictatorship that styles itself as a democracy, has the most advanced technology out of all factions in the Universe of Fallout and are pure humans descendants of Tycoons, Politicians, members of the Military and goverment Officials hiding in an Oil rig is very unique and appropiate since its one of the last fossil fuel reserves and you know, they are the American goverment.
From before the war, the USA goverment (the Enclave) had thought of Atomic war and created the plan of the Vaults via the Vault-Tec Corporation, some for military use, some for preserving the human race (as advertised) and some for a multitude of experiments testing human limits for the realization of their plan: for the Enclave to go to each vault and register how did each vault fare and gather all pure humans from the vaults, then to assemble space ships and colonize a planet not touched by Red-Chinese-Communism and Atomic War.
So, it only seemed natural to me for the Enclave to appear in Stellaris, it goes without saying, i was reaaally disappointed when no namelist mod came out for the Enclave, so i took it upon myself to make it.

The namelist is made of American: Tycoons, Rich families and "Rich" names, Presidential names and lastnames, American sayings and Patriotic sayings with American slangs, Fallout names from 2, 3 and new vegas, Real life USA probes names, fleet names, and above all there is a ridiculous amount of pure American Patriotism.
