Vallejo, CA, USA

This is Vallejo, California - the place most of the scenes of Thirteen Reasons Why were filmed.

The city is located in the Northeast corner of the San Francisco Bay area.

The terrain is based on a heightmap and therefore a quite accurate replica of reality. Because of the game's mechanics I had to upgrade the railway tracks a bit to make the map work. I also added a nice lake with a waterfall in the South because it would have been a shame missing this nice spot. :)

All highway interchanges are made by hand.

Most of the screenshots are taken with an own map theme I created with Theme Mixer and based on Springwood and Owl's Los Angeles map themes. You don't really need these, but they create this nice dry grass California effect you can see.

I made a quick update and corrected three minor flaws in version 2:

- altered street lights popping through elevated roads
- lowered an onramp crossing a highway
- slightly altered the highway in the starting tile to make it suitable for players without road anarchy mod
