And not only on this skin, many Scania NG skins have this same problem ... tried complete vanilla game without mods and still the same ...

I think that the skin doesn't work in workshop, becaus the .sii files in def and .tobj files in vehicle are hidden. I saw that in the google download file! http://prntscr.com/k0i6kn

I know what's going on! :D I discovered it completely by accident by browsing this scs file - The point is that the files in the def folder are marked as hidden. You need to change the attribute of def folder and all of his files inside to be hidden then uncheck the hiding for all files and voila everything works as it should. I would also recommend to make a zip package for the workshop it would save disk space - Over 600mb and 2mb is a big difference. Regards. ;)
