Richard, and the Jericho at the same time, are both unlocked after The Looper[ihrb.wikia.com] is achieved. This would place Richard among the hardest characters to unlock, with The Bullet and Lady Death joining him in this title. He will most assuredly be one of the last characters the player unlocks, if not the last.
