Yeah - most of the time it is there :) but not this time. Probably because bedroll is here - 2 premium loot in 1 place would be too much!

I'm still on Pilgrim, but I found a mag glass under a crate after breaking it in Camp Office. Same room in the screenshot, to the right of the table.
