Find the apple.

In the first level of the game when you play as the first bug, you'll find the apple on top of a leaf shortly after the beginning :

Cup !

Cup !
Find the cup.

In the second level of the game, you'll find the cup between two branches, right before reaching the treetops :

Cake !

Cake !
Find the cake.

In the third level of the game when you play as the last bug, try to stay on the lowest part because that's where the cake is, around the middle of the stage.



King !

King !
Best time of the game.

All you have to do in order to unlock this achievement is to finish the game without dying. Easier said than done ? Keep trying, you can do this !
Nipple !

Nipple !
Just play...

As mentionned, you just have to play through the game to unlock the last achievement. If it doesn't work, make sure you have at least 10 minutes of gameplay, try replaying the whole game and failing to death a lot !

It's probably a bug, you're right, better just restart the game to be sure. :btlthumbup:

The first time I finished the game without dying was after I had dyed once, and didn't get the achievement. So I restarted the program fresh and played through without dying, now got the cheevo. So if you have problems with this cheevo is probably because it has to be from a really fresh start?
Also it doesn't matter if you collect the stuff in the perfect run, so you can take the easier route with the ladybug.
