Footprint is 8x4, I think? It's snug to any road you place it on.

The rest of the stats are slightly lower than half that of the vanilla high school.

Screenshots were taken using Owl's Cinematic LUT, some post processing, the Rhinestone Island theme (which is very good), Timewarp and aspects of the Relight mod.

About
The second piece of the high school set I'm building. This model shares textures with the admin building's main model, so you can save a bit of RAM there if you use the loading screen mod. Nothing fancy here, just a straight up high school building.

Here's[drive.google.com] a link to the source files I used to create the asset. You can use it to remix or recreate it as you like. (Repost too, I don't care, but maybe give me a head's up). The 14 files that make up this one are located in the 'Import Files' folder. Drop those into your import folder and fire up the asset editor.

If you want it RICO, you'll have to follow the steps here. But honestly, it's not that difficult. All you're doing is adding a small file to the asset package and editing stats within it. Cheers!

@0skillz - Thanks for stopping by, and for taking an interest! I had planned, at one point, to do a full-on campus with this set.But, I'm really tied up with other modding projects outside of this game at the moment. So, eventually I will get around to it - but not like next week, or perhaps next month.

I stumbled onto your stuff via a PNW collection of residential things, a reskin of your modular motel was part of all the stuff i downloaded the other day and after discovering it via 'find it' and using it in my game i had to go looking for a proper road-side motel sign. I _really_ like this modular idea :)
